Day 475, May 17, 2016;  London, KY; Morrow, GA

5 am.   Woke to rain and cold.   Hit the snooze and slept a bit longer.   Hope it doesn’t rain the whole way today.

6 am. Back on the road.  Rain has about quit.   Now just foggy and gray.   Should be in Atlanta early afternoon.

Some pictures through the mountains of Tennessee this morning.

1:30 pm.  Arrived at receiver on time.    Now on to the Atlanta yard for the night.

DG:  I’m tired. Up early, Chattanooga traffic was just a warm up for what was waiting on us in Atlanta.  I do not know why there are not more people killed on the highways seeing how people drive. It has to be by the grace of God. Twice today people passed me on the right side as I was merging onto the highway.  Meaning they had to ride in the emergency lane until they could get around me. What’s the big hurry?  We pray for them constantly that they don’t end up hurting themselves and others.

Well, enough about that. Got a shower, ahhhhhh.  Now for some dinner.

7:30 pm.  Went to Cracker Barrel for dinner.   I kept seeing the campfire chicken dinner being advertised and remembered how good it was.    It did not disappoint this time either.   Greg ordered the ribeye but no picture.   He dove right in.

DG: You’ve seen one rib eye………

It was surprisingly delicious. Was kind of hesitant ordering a steak at Cracker Barrel but I have to say they did not disappoint.

Now with a full belly and a tired body it’s time for some relaxation. Then sleep.

Hope you all had a great day. I know we did. Good night and God bless.
