Day 473; May 15, 2016; Same place.

DG:  Yes we are still here. Getting lots of rest. Should be ready to drive straight through to Florida.

Annie – 11 am.  Finally got truck back!  And with a blessing.   KLLM talked to Freightliner and they are going to warranty the work so instead of $10,500 it was only $950.  Thank God!

We have a trip to Coshocton, Ohio in the morning to Atlanta, Georgia.    Be glad to be moving again!

4 pm.  Went down the road for some Mexican food.  Then it started to snow.   Not a lot and it was gone in a few seconds but the look on Greg’s face was priceless.  Hahaha

I had the boring chicken chimichangas.   Greg had the shrimp Diablo.  He may be regretting it.   There were tears at one point and he keeps wiping his head from all the sweat.   I think one eye is trying to cross even.

Real tears! He says its sweat but his eyes are suspiciously moist.

DG:  While most Mexican places tone things down a bit for the gringos, this place made no exceptions. Shrimp Diablo meant just that, devil shrimp, and there was a touch of hell in the sauce. Some of the hottest I’ve had to date.  It was delicious. And it was sweat. No tears.

Truck seems to be in good running order now. Some fuel and hook up to trailer in the morning and we’re off. Thank God for the favor.  Didn’t see it coming that way but that’s usually the way He works.

Rising early so this will be good night and God bless.

Annie – Back on the road in the morning!!   Hope to be in Florida Wednesday or Thursday for Maddi’s birthday.

Goodnight y’all!
